1. send us your details either in the Contact menu or in the Relocation enquiry menu. All information provided will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to third parties or used for statistical purposes.

2. you can of course skip the first point and contact us by telephone. Our German landline number can be found at the top of the main page next to the logo. For calls from abroad, you can also contact us from the mobile web view, via WhatsApp.

3. an on-site inspection takes place (of course under the current health pandemic precautions, our staff is vaccinated and wears a FFP2 mask during the entire inspection).

4. an offer is prepared and sent to you, then explained again by telephone if there are any open questions

5. if you need moving materials, cardboard boxes will be sent to your address free of charge. You can also order clothes boxes, bubble wrap or packing paper from us against invoice.

6. for removals to non-EU countries such as Switzerland or Norway, preparations must be made in good time, this should normally take place approx. 3-4 weeks before the removal date. We will make all the necessary preparations and provide you with a checklist.

10. you check all the removal goods immediately after unloading in the new home
